Chairman, Keith D Sellars
 
Keith D Sellars is a long-time conservative Republican. He began serving as Chairman of the Decatur County Republican Party in January 2007. Upon assuming the role as Chairman, the first order of business was to begin to update the organizational structure of the local party and to build a communication infrastructure that would continue beyond his term as Chairman.

"One of my primary goals during my term as Chairman is to infuse a level of energy that will help excite our local Republican base and will help encourage party members to get involved and become an active part of our party. When my term as Chairman is completed, the measurement of whether or not I was a successful Chairman, in my opinion, will be whether or not I was able to leave the local Republican Party in better shape financially, communicatively, and organizationally, than it was when I assumed the Chairmanship. Obviously, I can't do this on my own, but I DO believe that to be an effective leader, one must have vision and a drive and determination to be able to help that vision become a reality."
